Home School Agreement

The Parents /Guardians

 

1/We shall aim to:

 

·         See that my child goes to school regularly, on time and dressed appropriately in school uniform with  PE /games kit when necessary

 

·         Make the school aware of any concerns or problems that might affect my child’s work or behaviour

 

·         Support the school’s policies and guidelines for behaviour

 

·         Support my child in regularly completing homework and other opportunities for home learning

 

·         Attend parents’ evenings and discussions about my child’s progress

 

·          Become part of the school community by supporting events and functions when possible

The school

 

Will aim to:

 

·         care for your child’s safety and happiness

 

·         ensure that your child achieves his/her full potential as a valued member of the school community 

 

·         provide regular information about the educational and social progress of your child through parent’s evenings ,written reports and informal information when appropriate

 

·         be open and welcoming to you as parents/guardians and offer opportunities for you to become involved in the daily life of the school.

 

·         provide a balanced curriculum that meets the individual needs of your child

 

·         achieve high standards of work and behaviour by building strong relationships and developing a sense of responsibility with your child

 

·         provide access to specialist support for Special Educational Needs when needed

·         come to school everyday on time

 

·         wear my uniform and remember my PE kit when needed

 

·         try my best at all learning activities

 

·         take responsibility for my own behaviour

 

·         complete my homework/home tasks as well as I can and make time to read everyday

 

·         be polite and helpful and take part in all school activities and events
