Breakfast Club at Birchgrove Primary School

We are sure your child will enjoy breakfast club, and we want the club to be a success. In order that it runs smoothly please follow the following guidelines:

• The Club will be held in the Lower hall and the entrance will be via external door to the lower hall  
• For safety reasons  do not use the car park entrance. Staff will be arriving in their cars and lorries making  kitchen deliveries make this a dangerous area at this time of day.
• Parents may not bring their cars into the car park when dropping children off at the club, please park in Heol Dulais
• The club will open at 8.10am every day.
• Your child must be in school by 8.30am to be admitted to the Breakfast Club
• Please bring your child to the club
• Your child will be registered by staff
• If you have a message for your child’s teacher please write this clearly in an envelope with the teacher’s name marked clearly and it will be passed onto the teacher
• Staff will not be able to pass on verbal messages
• All monies for school dinners, fruit or school trips must be clearly marked in a secure envelope marked with your child name on it ( Loose money will not be accepted)
• Infant children will remain in the hall and will be delivered to their class teachers are 8.50am
• Junior children may play in the football area after eating breakfast with a supervisor and will make their own way to classes at 8.50am.
