Welcome back to everyone in my class!

I can't believe it's nearly half term already!  Everyone has settled back into school really well and we have been busy exploring 'All About Me'.  We have discovered many things about ourselves and our emotions.  We all enjoyed our walk around the village with our buddies to find out about different types of homes and houses.

The Reception children are looking forward to our cinema trip as part of film fortnight.  We are also planning a trip to the Waterfront Museum where we will take part in an activity day called 'Canu Gyda Ni'.  More details on that coming soon.  Miss Williams and myself are hoping to organise a trip for the nursery children before Christmas.

As you all know we are hoping to move into our new Early Years Unit before Christmas.  Although we will be very sad to leave the old building the children are very excited about the move.  They have already come up with lots of ideas on how we can use the space and have planned their role play area with precision!  Although I'm not sure how Mrs Treen would feel about Mitchell's idea of a coffee and tea corner with 'real biscuits and toast'!
